We have 5 Core Departments:
Research and Consultancy Department
The Department is responsible for policy research and formulation, legislative review and reforms.
Commercial Department
Provides bottom line solutions, tailor-made to meet clients’ business needs. The Department is responsible for advising clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate restructuring, property and real estate, intellectual property law, regulatory and compliance frameworks in project finance transactions, government tender process, and consulting solutions through negotiation, mediation and arbitration processes.
Conveyancing Department
Responsible for provision of conveyancing services including due diligence and preliminary enquiries in respect to the sale and purchase of real estate property, preparing and completing contracts for sale of landed property, deducing titles, and completing conveyancing and assignments.
