Lynn Oyugi

Lynn Oyugi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with practice experience of more than 10 years. She has core competencies in constitutional and human rights law, judicial review, employment and labour law, criminal law, civil law, corporate governance, and is a certified mediator. She has served as an advocate in various law firms, a legal researcher with the Kenya Judiciary and the Constitutional Court of South Africa, and headed in strategic capacity, an Ethics and Governance Department within Kenya’s devolved units. Ms. Oyugi boasts of excellent research, legal writing, drafting, leadership and project management skills.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Moi University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (PGD) from the Kenya School of Law. She is a certified Mediator from the Mediation Training Institute and is currently in her MBA Masters class in Project Management at the Africa Nazarene University.
